Joker Poker is played with one 52 card deck + Joker. With DEAL button the player deals the first hand. Then the player may hold any of the five cards. With the DRAW button the player deals the final hand replacing the discarded cards by new cards from the deck. The winnings are paid out after the final hand according to the paytable.
